NEW! VERY LIMITED SUPPLY! Slender Silhouette Sweetgum – During my last visit to Don Shadows Nursery I was introduced to one of Don’s latest plants he has put into limited production. It is an incredibly rare and beautiful selection of an old favorite, but in a new form. This columnar form of sweet gum will turn heads for many years to come. Its narrow shape will grow to 60 feet tall and only 6 foot wide from top to bottom. Being of southern origination it is especially tolerant of high heat and humidity.

The foliage is light green in the summer with star shaped leaves. In the fall the leaves turn brilliant reds, purples, and oranges before leaf drop in winter.
